Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a neurodiversity-affirming, child-led occupational therapist with competencies in working with children and families to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in pediatric OT practice and a genuine commitment to the wellbeing of neurodivergent children, children who have experienced trauma, LGBTQ+ children and their families. At Dandelion Spirit, occupational therapy is not a separate service that happens down the hall — it is an integrated part of how we understand and support the whole child. You will work alongside mental health clinicians and speech-language pathologists to ensure that sensory, motor, and adaptive functioning needs are understood in the context of the full clinical picture, and that the support we offer families is coherent rather than fragmented.
As an Occupational Therapist at Dandelion Spirit, you will work with children and families to identify functional support needs, design and implement intervention plans that address those needs across home, school, and community settings, and collaborate closely with the broader clinical team to ensure that your work and theirs are building toward the same goals.
