Maya Bergman-Corbet

I see individuals and families in our Eagan office and on telehealth.

I enjoy working with clients around developing self-compassion, grounding and regulation, and orienting towards values. I have a particular interest in working with antenatal and postpartum folks, neurodiversity, queerness, chronic illness, and anxiety. My practice is grounded in sex positive, anti-oppressive, and liberation ethics.

I bring a compassion focused, client centered approach to showing up in authentic connection and working together. I believe strongly in each person's innate strengths and the importance of building relationships to help explore life's challenges. My therapeutic approach is informed by narrative, polyvagal, somatic experiencing, and acceptance and commitment therapy.
